Brian is the master computer of the Tower in Eleanor City. Introduced as the first villain in the Dirty Pair anime series during the first episode "We'll Teach You How to Kill a Computer". The computer went berserk and caused trouble and malfunctions throughout the city. The Lovely Angels Kei and Yuri destroyed Brian by warping a shuttlecraft into the computer's housing from a space terminal orbiting above using their space cruiser, the Lovely Angel, as a decoy. After Brian's destruction, a new super computer was apparently made to replace him. He is voiced by Takaya Hashi.
